It is
really difficult to suffer from migraine headaches when you
drive a big rig. I mean the last thing that you need when your
hauling a bid load down the highway is to feel that prodrome. You
know that soon thereafter, the full migraine is going to rear its

truck spilled out all over the road and I was thrown from side to
side in my cab. Then I passed out and all went dark. When I awoke I
was in the hospital covered in bandages. I could smell the antiseptic
on my bed and saw the bright neon lights of hospital room. Although

I took Fioricet pills for my migraine headaches.

I
was lucky because my nurse was able to hear and she put a Fioricet
tablet next to my bed. It was not long before most of my wounds
had healed although I still had some mending broken bones. These
broken bones ached and that oftentimes triggered a migraine headache.
The doctor had told me that pain, bright lights and stress could
trigger this problem. But as long as I remained in the hospital I
continued to face these triggers. But Fioricet was always
there to help me out. The vascular spasm that it caused was
ameliorated by this medication. Not long thereafter, I was back on
the road traveling down the highway. I try to help out many of my
friends who suffer from migraine headache. Not as many people are
aware of Fioricet medicine, as they should be so I try to
spread the word. I know that no medicine can be more effective in
getting your life back on track.

How migraines affect my life before i got fioricet

Ever since I was a child I have suffered from migraine headaches. They attack me anytime of the day or night. Sometimes I am watching pornographic videos, sometimes I am watching adult videos but when they come on they hit me so hard I have to turn them off. I tried many medicines to try to help me with my headaches. For some reason, maybe because they produce the dilatation of blood vessels, my doctor thought that maybe Cialis or Viagra might help me. Unfortunately, they did not. So I went to a Neurologist who prescribed me Fioricet. I was instructed to take a pill as soon as I felt the headache prodrome begin to come on. Most commonly, the headache prodrome consisted of visual disturbances. Sometimes my vision would become blurry in one eye and other times I would loose the vision in my right visual field. When this occurred I popped a Fioricet. Not much time later I would develop the full headache but it was much less in intensity. I developed no nausea or vomiting or diarrhea. This made me very happy. Since I am writing about Fioricet I thought I would relate to you a funny story that happened to me about a year ago. I was watching some porn videos on my computer when I felt my migraine headache symptoms start to develop. I lost some of my peripheral vision as a stumbled into the bathroom groping for my Fioricet. I reached into the bathroom cabinet and pulled out a jar of pills. I popped one into my mouth and chewed it up. Pretty soon I had developed a really intense erection. I ran back into the bathroom to check the name on the bottle and realized that I had taken my Dad’s Viagra that he used to treat his erectile dysfunction. Ignoring the raging erection in my pants I grabbed my bottle of Fioricet pills and popped one quickly. Soon my migraine headache was completely gone. Unfortunately my erection was not so I felt compelled to go into the bathroom and masturbate. I fantasized about anal sex as I completed my mission. Another funny story comes to mind. Every time I watch anal or oral sex on adult video it seams to trigger a migraine headache. I have no idea as to why that may occur. I will have to deal with migraine headaches most probably for the rest of my life so understanding what triggers the problem and having medicine to treat it has made my life much more comfortable and much more happy.

I am a doctor with patient’s who get migraine headaches. These are very difficult times when these people develop headaches localized to one side of their heads, visual disturbances and nausea and vomiting. When I believe that a patient has developed a migraine headache I have given them Fioricet. I have found that acetaminophen does not work. On the other hand Fioricet works by modifying the vascular spasm of the cranial arterial system. This vascular spasm is the major pathophysiological mechanism underlying migraine headaches. When the cranial arteries clamp down or spasm the patient develops the aura or prodrome of the migraine headache. The most common symptom of the prodrome is visual in nature and characterized by altered vision and sometimes partial visual loss. Fioricet acts to modify the stage of the headache that occurs when the arteries begin to open up again or dilate. The severe headache pain is lessened, the nausea and vomiting decreased and the duration of the overall process diminished. Many patients resort to home remedies to treat migraine headaches with very few of these unproven treatments having any significant efficacy. Only Fioricet has been clearly proven in large double blind placebo controlled studies to be effective in treating migraine headaches. Some patients use large amounts of opioid pain medicines such a Percocet or Lortabs. While the potent analgesic effect of these medicines does help to some extant they do nothing to modify the underlying process that causes the pain in the first place. In addition, the chronic use of opioid medicines to treat migraine headache instead of Fioricet can led to habituation. It may be very difficult to wean a patient off of narcotic analgesics one they have been hooked and continue with migraine headaches. But before I prescribe a patient Fioricet I make sure that their recurrent headaches are actually vascular in nature. I send off blood work to check endocrine function, and almost always obtain a CAT scan of the head to make sure that the patient does not have a space-occupying lesion like a tumor or vascular malformation. I also take a detailed history to make determine if there is any history if migraine headache in the family of Fioricet use. Migraine headaches tend to run in families and a history of a first-degree relative also having the same diagnosis helps solidify the diagnosis. I also send the patient to the ophthalmologist to also insure that any visual disturbances or visual changes are not due to structural abnormalities of the lens, vitreous or retina. So when a patient comes into your office take a careful history and so a thorough physical examination if they complain of tension headache or migraine headache. If the entire workup is negative then it is reasonable to assume that they have idiopathic type migraine headache and institute therapy with Fioricet, a medicine that combines caffeine, butabitol and acetaminophen into one active pill.
